Is this a Neighbor from HELL?

Affidavit of statement:
I have called the Taylor Fire Department on this neighbor form 2021 through 2024.
They have burned leaves, waste from lawn service, plastics, trash and stacked pallets at times 6-7 high. This is where flames have been seen shooting into the air at least 10-12 feet and ashes and hot ember flying all over the place making my garage siding and roof shingle black with ember burn marks now all over my garage roof shingles showing a direction of burn going sideways east to west on the asphalt shingles, which is proof of ember burns with high winds from East to South-West seen in the direction of the burns.

I have Videos and photos and phone calls to the Taylor Police and Fire Department below to prove they allowed all this damage to happen to my property.

Sara's children have cause me so mush stress and that it has effected my life living behind them.
I have been severely effected worrying when I am away, are they going to burn my garage down with the pallet bon fires that are not legal in the City of Taylor or in the State of Michigan in a residential area.

These are the things they have done to me since they moved into that house my brother sold to them:
Her son used BB Gun and put holes in my garage siding in the back and on the south side and holes in my house screens.

They have jumped the chain link fence when it was they only fence there and raided my garden with their friends and tossed tomatoes at my house.
One of her sons would jump the chain link fence and run through our yard as a short cut instead of going one house north and going around to where ever he was going to see.

I have found a arrow in may garden shot from them. I still have it when they were having target practice in their back yard, which I had to confront them on this is not legal in Taylor.

Her son has terrorized the neighborhood with his mini bike with no muffler, so loud you can hear it almost a mile away. I could here him ridding it around the ball park across the street for 15-45 minutes some days.

One of her son has played his music so loud in his bedroom it interfered with my life here at my place. I had to confront them on this and they got irate me telling them turn it down.
They have also played music so loud outside not caring about me anyone else, but to please themselves.

They would be making noise after 10pm when people are trying to rest, yelling breaking wood to but into the bon fire or working on cars etc.
They have so much stored on their property that I have rats and mice coming into my garden and running around my yard.

I had to clean it June 2024 with a power washer that took 4 hours.

The far edge of the photo shows an areas that I power washed clean and which is still wet.
The two dark areas are just wet with water spray and the center area between the two dark areas is also wet but it has been cleaned showing the difference.
